refactor(settings): AI 模型接入拆为独立 tab 页(/settings/ai)

系统设置分组 tab 顺序:通用配置 → 用户管理 → 审计日志 → LDAP 接入 →
AI 模型接入 → 默认镜像源;设置主页去掉内嵌卡片,子页复用 AiModelSection
