feat(site): 页脚补公司主体与备案号，落地页文案去 Grafana 前缀与实现细节

- 落地页 footer 两行：产品行新增「让运维更简单，让开发更高效」，法律行补 © 杭州日理万机智能科技有限公司 + 浙ICP备2026068677号（链 beian.miit.gov.cn）+ @日理万机
- 文档页 footer 同步补「许可和定价」入口与备案号
- site.css 新增 .foot-tag/.foot-legal/.nowrap（移动端 @日理万机 不再断行）
- tagline 去掉「Grafana」「—— 不写 YAML、不装 kubectl/Helm」，删除 hero-meta 实现细节行，meta description 同步
- 重建 dist 产物
