feat(rdp): 新增 RDP 远程桌面/SMB/账单同步能力 + 清理编译产物
主要变更：
- RDP 远程桌面：新增 backend/pkg/rdp（RDP 引擎 + credssp/display/rle/trace）、
backend/controller/rdp*（连接/凭证/文件/会话/实时）、frontend RDP 组件与 API
- Windows SMB 文件传输：backend/pkg/winsmb
- 云账单同步：backend/pkg/billingsync + billing_sync/aliyun_billing，前端账单详情
- Agent CLI Kubernetes 工具：kubernetes_action/get、pod_execute/logs
- 服务器导入助手：server_import_helpers、ImportCredentialSettings
- 国际化与组件重构（cloud/deploy/monitor/server/system 等多模块）
- 清理编译产物二进制：移除 backend/server、backend/agent/bin/aiops-agent-*
- .gitignore：新增 backend/agent/ 与 .cache/（避免 334MB go-build 缓存误入库）

feat(alert): A2 告警引擎分布式安全 — Redis 分布式锁(SetNX)
- Cache 接口新增 SetNX 方法(go-redis 原子 / redka check-then-set 单副本安全)
- AlertEngine 改造为支持分布式锁: tryAcquireLock/releaseLock/GetEngineStatus
- 多副本部署时仅 Leader 执行告警检查, 60s TTL 防死锁, fail-open 容错
- 新增 GET /alerts/engine/status 监控端点(is_leader/instance_id/lock_holder)
- 修复 GrafanaDashboard.tsx Panel.options 类型不匹配导致构建中断
- 同步未提交的前端类型安全迁移(140+ 文件)
- ROADMAP/TDD_PLAN/PROJECT_EVALUATION 三文档同步更新
验证: go build 零错误, Docker 部署 healthy, 引擎状态端点正常,
锁竞争测试通过(非 Leader 跳过检查), 5/5 核心 API 回归通过

refactor(frontend): P0 API 层收口与 http 统一
- 统一 http.ts baseURL：get/post/download/upload 均走 resolveApiUrl
- agentUtils 下沉至 lib/agent-utils，API 层移除对 components 的依赖
- 扩展 metricsApi/snmpApi/prometheusProxyApi/zabbixProxyApi
- 扩展 pipelineApi/credentialApi 覆盖流水线与凭证场景
- 14 个组件/页面禁止直连 http，统一走 @/services/api
