Finder-launched terminals now inherit a login PATH so tools like ollama resolve, destructive SFTP/editor actions require confirmation, and terminal search plus window dragging work again. SSH forwards and RDP sessions keep listeners and survive reconnect without FastPath crashes.

Closing the sole remaining non-welcome tab now resets to welcome; enable Tauri devtools, menu/shortcut toggle, and copy release artifacts from CARGO_TARGET_DIR.

- Extend AppLanguage to 7 locales: zh-CN, zh-TW, en, ja, ko, vi, ru
- Auto-detect system language via navigator.languages; fallback to English
- Add BCP47 locale mapping for date formatting and sorting
